Loom Lush – Refund & Return Policy

At Loom Lush, we want you to love every piece you purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! Please review our refund and return policy below to understand how we handle returns and exchanges for our apparel products.
1. Return Window
- We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible, your return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund or exchange in the following cases:
- The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size, color, or product).
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Please Note:
- If you are returning due to a change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
3. Condition of Items for Return
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The product must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags and labels intact.
- Items with makeup stains, perfume, deodorant, or signs of wear will not be accepted.
- Hygiene-related items (such as innerwear, lingerie, socks, etc.) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival.
4. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us via email at loomlushdk@gmail.com or info@loomlush.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during return transit.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, you’ll be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If your return is rejected due to not meeting the conditions, the item will be shipped back to you.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.
- If the desired item is out of stock, we can issue a refund or store credit upon request.
7. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged on delivery:
- Undergarments, lingerie, swimwear, and hosiery
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items
- Customized or personalized clothing
8. Loom Lush Satisfaction Promise
Your satisfaction means everything to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
